Hi My Loves,
I feel so blessed because of all the people that surrounds me. I get all the love and support I need from each and everyone of you. I believe that everything happens for a reason and that each person that you meet in your lifetime has a purpose.
I recently posted a Save the Date stop motion video with me and my Hugs for our Modern Fairytale celebration next year. I have such a fun time doing the photoshoot with the help of our two good-looking fashion forward friends. Our uber creative photographer Christopher Tayah and who else can help us better with our poses than an off-duty model, Finlay Porter who ended up being our Director for the day. hehe
Topher the epitome of peace and love is not only a creative soul but is actually a computer wiz. He literally did the first draft in 20 mins. The whole thing was pretty much done. The only thing that needed to be changed was the sequence, which took him just another 5 mins. I was in awe. I was literally screaming and tearing up because the video was beautiful. A bunch of photos that he took and made it into a stop-motion video. Praise worthy.
Fin with his creative mind as well and experience in modeling gave us pointers while we shoot. His quirky and bubbly personality still comes out but it turned out that he gets more serious when he directs. Another side of him that I’ve never expected. Love it. He made the shoot run smoother and faster.
With both of these beautiful minds combined. Our Save The Date Video was completed the very next day after the shoot.
Also, we’ve been so excited to wear the Infinity shirts and our Beauty & Beast hoodies for literally months!! most thoughtful gifts from our fave couple Sueanne Amisola and Dan Ramiscal. It totally completed our Modern Fairytale theme.
Lips aren’t sealed: I procrastinated a lot. Then the week we decided to do the shoot, it ended up to be my work’s inventory week where I get off at 4:30am for days. sigh. Day before the shoot is when I ended up scouting for a mint green outfit for Hugs, buy a mint green thread and sew my cropped top, skirt including the Tulle skirt I attached to the back of my actual skirt and I had to sew the sleeves of my blazer because I wanted it to look like a cape (inspired by BCBG’s cut-out cape blazer). I also had to iron/steam all our clothes and pack them in garment bags. Yes, night before the actual shoot day I was still frantically checking what I needed for the shoot..coz I had to work the morning of the photoshoot. hahaha Story of my life.
Rock it once, Rock it twice, Rock it multiple times: First look and third look is styled differently but we pretty much used the same outfit but by putting our hoodies.
P.S. You don’t have to be InstaBroke just to post photos on InstaGram!
