Exactly a year ago we had the pleasure of working with Paul Vincent Photography and SecondSkin Make up by Jeri for our Engagement shoot.
When we were planning our wedding, both of us have decided to do a Modern Fairytale theme. So we wanted to carry out our theme from our engagement shoot to our actual wedding.
Thinking back, during our engagement photoshoot, the look in our very talented photogs, Paul Vincent and his wife Ayvih when I told them that we have 5 outfits to change in to was priceless. Considering that we only have a few hours to pull off all of the looks…including make-up and changing to our next outfits. We were given from 1pm to 7pm to use the venue. If you are in the industry, you know that 6 hours is doable but intensely hard to do. Make-up alone takes hours and usually the first set is definitely a challenge. Weather in the Philippines was no joke that day too. Glenn sweats a lot already naturally and with the sun right above him, he literally had to utter the words “Make-up!!!” a lot of times. Yes, not me but him. We were in such a rush that we actually forgot to get meals and even water for that long period of time. I think my energy was already starting to fade during our 3rd look. The venue is located in a remote area that we literally have to ride a car just to get out of the place. With no food and water I have no idea how our body survived but with an amazing team from Paul Vincent Photography and SecondSkin Makeup by Jeri, Jovit and Jean we finished right on the dot! We definitely owe them a treat when we come back and visit!
