RETURNS/EXCHANGES GUIDELINES

EXCHANGE

We unfortunately do not offer refund, exchange or store credit.

We will issue a refund only on special circumstances, item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The duration of time for it to be processed will depend on your bank. In general, you can expect to see your refund within 14 business days.

 

ORDER ISSUES

If any item from your order is missing, please contact alamaisonsavage@gmail.com with your name and order number. Your missing item will quickly be shipped to you at no extra cost. 

 

SHIPPING 

The cost of the shipping depends on the weight of your entire order and its destination from our warehouse. Shipping prices are determined straight from the carriers. Shipping times do not include order processing time and are determined by the carrier service.
