Hi My Loves,

I usually try and publish my blog posts on Mondays but I haven’t posted anything for almost two I randomly chose tonight to post something. 🙂

Summer just flew by…I’m sad. But rain and some cold wind isn’t that bad if you think of the opportunities of layering beautiful pieces together. I can wear my leather jacket again. Yay me!

This is how I welcome Fall! my matte “Stone” lipstick by MAC (everyone is asking me about this) with my fave look, white on white. I threw in my black booties and my leather jacket to complete my look. Black is so bold that it makes white stand out more. It makes such a good combination with white as well.

Lips aren’t sealed: I have this exact culottes in Black. I bought them in both colours because I loved it. At first, I thought I would look short in it because there’s too much fabric. I realized with some attitude and after hemming it, I can actually pull it off and look..a lil bit taller. haha I had to chop off about 5 inches off and with us shorties that’s how we can rock this culottes. We have to find the right length for us.

Rock it once, Rock it twice, Rock it multiple times: I wear my black ones at work all the time. I was also wearing the black culottes when we got scouted on Robson Street and won $50 for being a stylish couple. Read the article here.

DIY Cropped Top

June 22, 2015

Hi My Loves,

DIY is not an unusual thing anymore. Exploring your creative side may bring you a good project. I always find ways to be on budget, so if I can make it I don’t buy it.

Not to brag but I think…I’m creative. That’s my excuse when people ask me Math questions. “Creative people don’t do Math. Therefore, I’m creative. Very creative.” 🙂

I like to do something out of my old clothes or just about anything. Even if I don’t end up making the exact thing that I was picturing in my head I usually end up with something even better. So if you are thinking of a project that you want to start but too hesitant to do it. Just go for it, you might end up surprising yourself.

Lips aren’t sealed: If you think you can’t DIY. Everything can easily be found online now. Think of Google as your bestfriend and Pinterest as your other bestfriend.

Rock it once, Rock it twice, Rock it multiple times:  Wedding guest dress to Birthday dinner date cropped top.

Distressed Jeans

June 16, 2015

Hi My Loves,

Distressed Jeans are mostly bleached, ripped, and frayed to look like they’re excessively worn. They started around 60’s-70’s, became a big hit in the late 80’s-early 90’s and they just continued on after that. Nowadays, you can see some of these jeans in just about any styles: Skinnies, Straight, Bootcut and even with shorts and jean jackets.

Lips aren’t sealed: This jeans can cost up to $600 depending on the brand you choose. If you’re on a budget…ripped them yourself 🙂 All you need is your old pair of pants and a pair of scissors. Cut them wherever you like and rub the cut area. For a better fray put them in the washer and dryer.

Rock it once, Rock it twice, Rock it multiple times: Style it with blazer and Ankle boots to make it Chic or Style it with a loose shirt and sneakers to make it Urban.
